By accepting this text when joining the Finanomix waitlist, you agree to receive commercial electronic messages from Praxtify, LLC at your email address under Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages.
1. Scope Of Consent
Your consent covers emails with the following content:
- announcements about the Finanomix app's release date, new features and updates,
- newsletters, personal finance tips and content,
- campaign, paid plan and promotional notices.
Since the sole purpose of the waitlist is to reach you by email, this consent is required to join the list.
2. Communication Channel
Messages are only sent from noreply@finanomix.com to the email address you provided when registering. No commercial messages are sent by phone, SMS or social media.
3. Withdrawing Consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time, free of charge and without giving any reason, by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email we send or by writing to info@finanomix.com. Your request will be processed within 3 business days at the latest.
4. Consent Records
Your consent is recorded with the date, time, version number of the accepted text and a hash of your IP address, and is kept for 3 years after withdrawal. These records are used only to demonstrate compliance with our legal obligations. Details on how your personal data is processed are in the KVKK Privacy Notice.
