This policy explains how Praxtify, LLC (“Finanomix”, “we”) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit finanomix.com, join the waitlist or contact us. Legal details for users in Türkiye are in the KVKK Privacy Notice.
1. Information We Collect
- your email address, language preference and consent records when you join the waitlist,
- the name, email address, subject and message you share in the contact form,
- delivery and subscription status of the emails we send,
- technical information required for security and error tracking (browser and device type, visited page).
Financial information such as bank passwords, card numbers or IBANs is never requested or collected on the website.
2. How We Use Information
- to verify your waitlist registration and let you know when the app is released,
- to send newsletters and announcements if you have given consent,
- to answer your messages,
- to keep the site secure, block spam and bot attempts and fix errors.
3. Our Principles
- We never sell your data or share it for advertising.
- We only collect data that is necessary for the purpose.
- We do not send email addresses, IP addresses or form contents to error tracking tools.
- We collect visitor statistics anonymously and without cookies.
- We do not store raw IP addresses; we only use irreversible hashes.
4. Service Providers And International Transfers
We rely on the following service providers to run the site. They process your data only on our behalf and according to our instructions. Data centres in the European Union are preferred wherever possible.

5. Security
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS. Row-level security (RLS) is enforced in the database and records can only be accessed by authorised server processes. Only hashes of email confirmation links are stored. Although no system is completely risk-free, we apply industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
6. Retention
We keep your data only as long as necessary: your waitlist registration until you unsubscribe, contact messages for 2 years and error logs for up to 90 days. Detailed periods are listed in the KVKK Privacy Notice.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access your data, request its correction or deletion, object to its processing and withdraw your email consent. If you live in the European Economic Area, your GDPR rights to data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority also apply. Write to info@finanomix.com for any request.
8. Children's Privacy
Finanomix is not intended for people under 18 and does not knowingly collect their data. If you become aware of such a registration, let us know and we will delete it.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version number and date appear at the top of the page. We will notify waitlist members of significant changes by email.
