Not Investment Advice Policy

Finanomix is an app that helps you manage your personal finances; it does not provide investment advisory services. This policy explains why and how content published on behalf of Finanomix is not investment advice.

1. Scope

This policy covers all content published on behalf of Finanomix:

  • the finanomix.com website and blog posts,
  • newsletters, announcements and transactional emails,
  • posts, videos, stories, live streams and comments shared on the Finanomix accounts on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, X, LinkedIn and Pinterest,
  • once released, the Finanomix mobile app, its AI assistant and market indicators.

2. Notice Under Capital Markets Legislation

The information, comments and content published here and on the channels listed above are not within the scope of investment advisory services. In Türkiye, investment advisory services are provided by authorised institutions under Capital Markets Law No. 6362 and the regulations of the Capital Markets Board (SPK), through an investment advisory agreement that takes into account the individual's risk and return preferences.

Finanomix and Praxtify, LLC do not hold an investment advisory licence from the Capital Markets Board. Our content is general in nature and may not be suitable for your financial situation or your risk and return preferences. Therefore, making investment decisions based solely on this information may not lead to results that meet your expectations.

3. What Finanomix Does Not Do

On none of its channels does Finanomix:

  • recommend buying, selling or holding any specific stock, fund, currency, gold, crypto asset or other investment instrument,
  • forecast prices, exchange rates or returns,
  • create personalised portfolio or asset allocation recommendations,
  • promote any investment instrument or institution in a way that amounts to investment advice.

4. AI Assistant

The AI assistant in the Finanomix app helps with personal finance tasks such as answering questions about your own income and expenses, drafting budgets and highlighting saving opportunities. It does not answer questions that amount to investment advice and refers you to authorised institutions instead. AI-generated answers may contain errors; verify information before making important decisions.

5. Market Indicators

Exchange rates, inflation and similar indicators are for information only. Data is sourced from public sources such as the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (TCMB), the European Central Bank (ECB), FRED and Eurostat, and the source is always stated. Data may be delayed; its accuracy and timeliness are not guaranteed.

6. Social Media

Content on our social media accounts aims to improve financial literacy. Posts, replies to comments and direct messages on these accounts are not investment advice either. Do not trust accounts or people offering investment advice on behalf of Finanomix, and report them to info@finanomix.com.

7. Responsibility

You are responsible for your own investment decisions. We recommend seeking professional support from an institution authorised by the Capital Markets Board before investing. Finanomix cannot be held liable for any losses arising from decisions made based on Finanomix content.
