These terms govern the use of the finanomix.com website and waitlist operated by Praxtify, LLC (“Finanomix”, “we”). By using the site you accept these terms. App-specific terms will be provided when the Finanomix mobile app is released.

1. Description Of The Service

finanomix.com is a website introducing the Finanomix personal finance app, which is under development. By joining the waitlist you ask to be notified by email when the app is released and when there is news. Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation to purchase.

2. Not Investment Advice

Finanomix does not provide investment advisory services. Content on the site, in our emails and on our social media accounts is for general information only and is not investment advice. See our Not Investment Advice Policy for details.

3. Rules Of Use

When using the site, you agree not to:

  • register with an email address that belongs to someone else,
  • fill in forms with automated tools (bots) or in bulk,
  • attempt to compromise the security or operation of the site,
  • submit content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes the rights of others.

4. Intellectual Property

The Finanomix name and logo, as well as the texts, images and design on the site, belong to Praxtify, LLC or are used under licence. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

5. Limitation Of Liability

The site is provided “as is”. We take care to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that the site will operate without interruption or errors. The app's release date, features and pricing may change. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version number and date appear at the top of the page. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For disputes to which you are a party as a consumer, your right to apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts at your place of residence is reserved.
